Testing will only be initiated after payment has been received and confirmed. Submission of the test requisition form and payment constitutes authorization to proceed with testing.

Once the order has been received by Modal Nova, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

In rare circumstances, testing may not be completed due to reasons beyond the laboratory's control, including but not limited to sample damage, insufficient sample quality or quantity, shipping issues, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If testing cannot be performed, a refund of the testing fee will be provided; however, shipping, sample collection, and other non-refundable administrative charges ($70) will be deducted.

It can take up to 5 business days to ship the buccal swab to your home.
