Use the included buccal-swab kit for simple cheek collection at home.

Shipping, Turnaround Time and Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?
Genetic testing is non-refundable once the order is placed, except when a sample does not pass the laboratory’s quality-control requirements.
What happens if my child’s sample does not pass quality control?
We will ask you to provide a new sample. A replacement buccal-swab kit and round-trip shipping cost is an additional $70.
What if I do not want to submit another sample?
If the original sample fails quality control and you choose not to submit another sample, we will refund the $399 testing fee. Shipping charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Are refunds available under any other circumstances?
No. Except for the sample-quality situation described above, the test and associated shipping costs are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Shipping
When will the buccal-swab kit be shipped?
The kit will be shipped within three business days after your order is placed.
How long will the kit take to arrive?
Delivery to a U.S. street address may take up to five business days. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Turnaround Time
How long will testing take?
Your report is expected within six weeks after the laboratory receives a sample that passes quality control.
How will the report be delivered?
The report will be sent securely to the ordering physician. Parents can obtain and review the report with their physician.
How will I receive the report?
The official report will be sent securely to the ordering physician. Parents or legal guardians may obtain a copy from the physician or request one from the clinical laboratory. Because genetic results can be complex, we recommend reviewing the findings with your physician.
